A TOUR OF OUR SCHOOL

Hi! I'm Laura. Welcome to IES Almatà, a secondary school. This school is in the outskirts of Balaguer. Our school is thirty-eight years old and has got five hundred thirty-two students. We have a big building with an amazing views of Balaguer. Please come on a tour of the school.

Here we are the main entrance next to the fire station. First, you can see the playground and the playing fields. Now, we go to the ground floor. Those are the secretary and the concierge. That room is the library, where there are lots of books, tables and chairs. This is the staffroom, only for teachers. These are the classes of first of ESO. Now we will go up to the first floor. These are more classes. But, that class is Art class and is only for Art teacher and her students. Follow me, and we will go to the second floor. Those are more classes but, these two are ICT suites. That class is the science lab, only for Natural Science teachers and the students.

Now, let's go behind this building, and we will see the best ICT suite in the school next to the Technology classroom. I say it the best, because I think is the bigger and more beautiful and new than the others. Here, we always do an English and a Social Science class once a week. I love computers, but I'm crazy about these computers because they work very well.

THE BEDROOM OF MY DREAMS: LAURA'S RUSTIC SWEETROOM.

My bedroom is fantastic! There is an enormous window in front of the bed with amazing views of the nature and the mountains.

There are some big stones on the wall, but the roof is made of wood. There is a bedside table made of dark wood. There is an enormous bed in the middle of the room. Between the huge window there are two brown curtains. On the  left of the bed there is a confortable sofa an a beautiful rug, but there aren't any shelfs in this room. There isn't a chair, but there is a lovely lamp. There isn't a TV or a computer, but there is a huge rustic cupboard on the right of the bed.

Maybe it is not a room that likes everybody but, it is perfect to me. It's the room of my dreams.
